A delicious, high-protein, low-carb alternative to traditional flatbread, made with cottage cheese and simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Herbs and spices (garlic powder, oregano, paprika)

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Mix eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt into the blended cottage cheese. Stir until combined.
  • Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet in flat circles.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool and serve with desired toppings.
