These keto cookies are easy to make, low in carbs, and sugar-free. Perfect for a healthy treat, they’re made with almond flour, erythritol, and sugar-free chocolate chips for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup butter (softened)
  • ½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, cream butter and sweetener until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and egg.
  • Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

For best results, always use room temperature butter and eggs when making keto cookies. Chilling the dough for 30 minutes before baking can help prevent spreading and improve texture.
